Michelle & Brent

Our love story began in late 2015 at our favorite bar— the squat rack in an overcrowded LA Fitness. After weeks of friendly banter in the gym and late-night texting, we went on our first semi-date to the Habit with our friend, James Vicars, third-wheeling. 

We rang in the New Year together in 2016 and officially slapped on the relationship label. Since then, we’ve explored different cities and traveled to other countries, and adopted our fur child, Puma. After surviving over a year of quarantine together, Brent popped the question and, of course, Michelle said yes! 

We were unsure how the global health pandemic would affect wedding planning— but we are so grateful to have a weekend celebration with our favorite people in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you for all your love and support throughout the years. We love you all! 

The story behind the hashtag: #MichgetsaBMW 

In high school, Michelle drove a family hand-me-down 1989 BMW. Brent argues that her new BMW (Brent Matthew Watanabe) is an upgrade, even though Michelle says he is just as old 😂
